11.3 In all cases where 77hub is found to be liable, 77hub's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 77hub's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
